Web-based Open API

A web services-based API allows for easy integration of Comindware Tracker with any third-party systems and services, for example, MS Outlook, MS Active Directory, Salesforce® or SurveyGizmo. With open API from Comindware you can bridge your apps and business systems, ensure the smooth transfer of data between business systems and let your applications work harder for you.

Comindware web services API has been developed in compliance to the following standards:

  • Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) 1.1
  • Web Service Description Language (WSDL) 1.1

Ready-made Integrations

Whether you want to use a pre-built integration or build your own, Comindware Tracker has all you need. Pre-built integrations:

  • Microsoft Outlook. You can manage all your Comindware tasks within the email management software.
  • Microsoft Active Directory (AD). You can ensure that AD is automatically synchronized with the Comindware Tracker user database (upon adding or deactivating users, and such), so your administrators have to update only AD.
  • Microsoft SharePoint. You can create or modify your processes with drag-and-drop simplicity in Comindware Tracker, and your company staff can submit requests in the familiar SharePoint environment.
  • You also get sample integrations with Salesforce and SurveyGizmo so you don’t have to start from scratch.
