GDPR Statement

Effective Date: November 29, 2021

The new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force from May 25th, 2018. The regulation gives EU citizens more control over their personal data and unifies a number of existing privacy and security laws under one comprehensive law. Comindware has been working towards becoming GDPR compliant for our customers in the EU.

At Comindware we understand that compliance with a new set of privacy laws can be challenging, and we are here to help with your GDPR compliance initiative by providing you with state of the art GDPR compliant services.

We have updated our products, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with the GDPR. We had sent out an email blast to all our customers before the regulation came into force, informing them about changes to the terms of service and privacy policy. We mentioned some of the changes we were internally working on in order to be completed before the 25th of May. Today, we are happy to announce that Comindware is GDPR compliant. We are also dedicated to helping our customers succeed in complying with GDPR.
