Custom E-mails Feature Enhancements
Custom E-mails feature has been extended significantly. Now you can configure multiple e-mails to be triggered based on custom conditions, attach files beforehand and send e-mails to multiple addresses listed in a single Workflow Task field.
Autogenerated Titles for Workflow Tasks
Configure the title field to be automatically generated in the first step of your workflow based on the information from the Workflow Task; for example, generate a custom request name made of the customer name and request urgency.
