The complete working with Workflow functionality, including Forms and starting a Workflow, is now available right from the Microsoft Outlook interface. Most popular versions including Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 are all now fully supported. Also Microsoft Exchange server is not required anymore.
